CCE has supported the development of a Creative Partnerships programme in schools in Oppland, Norway since 2013. Working with the Culture Department in the County, the programme has expanded from its initial focus on upper secondary schools into a number of primary schools across Oppland in the 2015/16 academic year.
The programme’s focus on developing the creativity of children and young people received national recognition when it was included as an exemplar case study in a national report into the renewal of subjects and competencies ‘The School of the Future’ chaired by Sten Ludvigsen which is currently under consideration by the Ministry of Education.
CCE continues to support the programme through a programme of training and quality assurance.
